5% of all sales will be collected on Sunday for our non profit.

Trucks must be approved through the City. Check online application.

It is the vendors responsibility to read and follow all policies.
All vendors are subject to these policies. We reserve the right to change policies if venue or dates change.

 YOU MUST CHECK IN FIRST BEFORE SET UP

Parking info will be posted soon and sent via email.

Look for our helper on your aisle
with a bright green or orange vest.
Booths must be out of the main aisle way. If not they
will be moved. PLEASE Take YOUR Trash with YOU

Sat. 5am-8am
Open Sat. 8am-5pm
Sun. 11am-4pm
Takedown Sun. 4pm-6pm


TAX RATE: 8.845%
NEW TAX POLICY
TAX RATE: 8.845
You need to have a City Business/Sales Tax License
to be in the festival.
You can obtain one for $25 and it is good for all Boulder Events.
You will send your City Tax directly to them. Use link below.

FOOD TRUCKS Need to be approved for the City of
Boulder. You must apply.PLEASE DON’T DRIVE ON THE MALL TILL YOU’VE CHECKED IN.
This will avoid traffic jams!

FOOD VENDORS MUST HAVE PROPER LICENSE TO SELL IN THE CITY OF BOULDER AND FOLLOW ALL REGULATIONS. Remember the 10’ setback of propane tanks.

CHANGES OF VENUE, DATES OR CANCELLATION/ DISCLAIMER:
State of the Arts reserves the right to change dates, name of event and venue at it’s discretion due to any circumstances.  If we cancel an event we reserve the right to substitute a new event for the original. If a vendor can not attend the new event venue or date they will receive a full credit for a future event. No refunds will be issued.
ALL CHARGEBACKS WILL BE DISPUTED AND OR SENT TO COLLECTION.
